How to Book a Session
For New Clients
1. Fill the Intake Form .
To begin, please complete the intake form shared on the website.
This helps me understand your concerns, context, and expectations, and also ensures that my approach aligns with your needs.
Once the intake form is reviewed, I will reach out to you via email or WhatsApp regarding next steps.
2. Scheduling Your Session
After reviewing your intake form, available session slots will be shared with you over email or WhatsApp, along with confidentiality and consent forms. Your session will be scheduled once a suitable time is mutually confirmed.
3. Payment Information
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your slot.
Payment details will be shared once the session timing is finalized.
Sessions are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Payment is through UPI or bank transfer.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be charged in full.

Please book through the booking link provided to you or reach out to me via email or WhatsApp to work out a common workable slot. :)
