I am an existential–humanistic therapist working through a relational lens. What does that mean? It means that I work with you as a whole person, not just a problem. Together, we explore your inner world, relationships, and what truly matters to you, at your pace and in your own words. My work is grounded in the understanding that psychological distress is shaped by lived experience, relationships, and the meanings people make of their lives.
I work with individuals navigating emotional distress, relationship difficulties, identity-related concerns, and periods of transition. My work is welcoming and supportive of queer identities. Therapy with me is a collaborative process in which we, together, attend closely to your experiences, patterns of relating, and sense of self, with the intention of building insight, emotional clarity, and agency.
I approach therapy with humility and curiosity, respecting each person’s right to their own experience and identity. I work with individuals across intersecting social identities and remain attentive to the social, cultural, and relational contexts shaping distress.
I commonly work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, interpersonal, and intrapersonal issues.
